Q. What to do when a machine is suspected to have virus?

Q. How do I allow technical support to remote control my machine?

A. 

1. Goto http://www.mobigator.com/support.  You will see a list of links for connecting to our technical support staff.
2. Click on the link as instructed by your support, e.g. "HK Central (CL)".  A small file will be downloaded to your machine.
3. Save and Run the download program.
4. Double click "Support XXXX" in the following screen. 



 

5. The program will initiate a remote connection to our technical support staff.
6. Just leave your PC switched on and we will handle the rest.
