Wu Han Project Launched to Integrate Public and Private Healthcare Services in Hong Kong
The Wu Han Project, jointly proposed by the Hong Kong Medical Association and Mobigator Technology Group, is the first project approved by the eHealth Record (eHR) Office as part of $705M 10-year eHR initiative. With the support from the eHR Office, Food and Health Bureau (FHB) and the Hospital Authority (HA), the Wu Han Project aims to integrate major government and public healthcare schemes into the CMS platform and deploy CMS to 500 clinics in 2010. Cardisys to Manage Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Cardisys, an integrated solution for cardiology management developed by Mobigator Technology Group, has been selected by Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in Hong Kong to manage its cardiac catheterization operations. Established in 1963, QEH is the largest hospital under the Hong Kong Hospital Authority and a major center for specialities including cardiac catheterization. With 1,850 beds and 13 clinical departments, and a staff force of 4,600, QEH serves an effective population of about 1 million.

CMS 3.0 is Released
After two years of development and testing, the HKMA CMS 3.0 is released to the public at a press conference today. The HKMA CMS 3.0 is an open-source platform-independent clinic management system developed by Mobigator Technology for the Hong Kong Medical Association and the Information and Software Industry Association, with support from the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. The system is available to doctors, developers, and other interested parties for free.

Mobigator Technology Group Launched Pilot Testing of CMS 3.0 to 22 Clinics
Healthcare Industry News: Mobigator Technology Group has started the pilot testing of CMS 3.0 at 22 designated clinics. CMS 3.0 is a comprehensive clinical management system designed and developed by Mobigator Technology Group. The final system is scheduled for release to Hong Kong’s medical practitioners in 2009 as a free and open-source system. The system enables standardization of medical information, drug dispensary and billing management and will integrate with the Government’s infectious disease control system for managing pandemic outbreaks in Hong Kong. Mobigator Technology Group Launched Beta Testing of CMS 3.0
Mobigator Technology Group has launched the beta testing of CMS 3.0. CMS 3.0 is a comprehensive clinical management system designed and developed by Mobigator Technology Group. The final system is scheduled for release to Hong Kong’s medical practitioners in 2009 as a free and open-source system. The system enables standardization of medical information, drug dispensary and billing management and will integrate with the Government’s infectious disease control system for managing pandemic outbreaks in Hong Kong. The CMS 3.0 project, overseen by the Hong Kong Medical Association and the Information and Software Industry Association, sponsored by the Hong Kong Office of Chief Information Officers (OGCIO), is part of Hong Kong’s Electronic Health Record initiative, a 2-billion dollar and 10-year initiative to create a territory-wide integrated infrastructure of healthcare information.
